We have over 125 IT technicians and they use the latest software tools to data wipe and run comprehensive diagnostics software to ensure every component is tested. If they find any faulty units then these will either be repaired / replaced or send for secure disposal all within our secure facility. Each device is then cleaned, using anti-bacterial wipes to ensure all bio hazardous material are removed and then, they are packed to ensure they are kept safe and secure during transport with environmentally friendly packaging. We are a highly certified, accredited and environmentally focused business and we very much promote the circular economy and do everything we can to re-use devices that our customers no longer require. Everything we do is focused on re-use and we even re-use packaging and other material to ensure nothing from our site goes to landfill from an IT point of view.

In original packaging: Yes - Box shows some signs of wear and tear such as scratches/marks/tears. Very good over all condition, minor signs of wear such as light scratches to screen and/or casing.

Moderate signs of wear, to screen, such as scratches/scuffs/discoloration or minor pressure marks. Possible pitting marks, scratches or marks to casing. Heavily scratched screen and/or back case.

We MUST be notified of damaged goods within 24 hours of receipt. Please report any damage to the item to us within 24 hours or receipt with images of the damage to the item and any packaging.
